LMK: I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and I have been in therapy but I seem to always worry about the same things. Even though my boyfriend and I are VERY safe, every month I always almost convince myself that I am pregnant even though I'm not. I know this sounds absolutely ridiculous and dumb but I just don't understand why I feel so much anxiety about this.

LMK: I have been trying to use the tools I learned in therapy but it just seems like the anxiety is constantly convincing me otherwise. I honestly just don't know what to so anymore to truly convince myself that it is not true. It makes me feel defeated

Sometimes taking medication, even just for a short term, can help you become more able to use the tools you are learning in therapy. How long have you felt anxiety? Has it gotten worse lately?
